We were invited to pitch our ideas to spruce up SMRT’s annual Courtesy & Safety Programme and we ended up creating what is till today, the largest Amazing Race-styled event in Singapore!
Our approach was to make the messages and best practices come alive with event formats that will ensure maximum recall. We had to conceptualised different engagement activities for entire range of SMRT passenger demographic- from students to senior citizens and everyone in between. For the roving roadshows, we featured interactive Captain SMaRT skits for kids and onstage game shows for families.
The signature event, SMRT Challenge, grew to a capacity of close to 3,000 participants learning about courtesy and safety literally “on-the-job” while racing across Singapore completing challenges at various SMRT train stations, bus interchange locations.
